MTA cannot replace models found in other .img archives such as player.img or cuts.img (not sure if named correctly). i have made an issue on this here: https://github.com/multitheftauto/mtasa-blue/issues/1017 I am sorry if this wasn't the correct way to reply to your question, i'm still finding my way around Wiki.
