also, how would you go about testing a map?  Boot up GTA every time?  Sounds stupid.... If you were to keep GTA running in the background for map testing, it defeats all these 'System recourses' advantages.

In my opinion, you should just implement it through GTA for the first release and see how people react to it. If there are complaints about resource usage, etc, then other options like this can be investigated. I don't think it's worth spending a long time writing a GTA viewer if there aren't too many benefits, especially since we still don't have a release SA DM version - [[User:JonChappell|JonChappell]] 14:11, 14 October 2006 (CDT)
