Pulse always, not only when rendering/
Fixes for a later date:
- 3D voice implementation
- VAD (Voice Activity Detection)
- RTX maybe (Discontinuous Transmission) if it works well
- AGC (Automatic Gain Control) - adjusts the volume of all remote players to be consistent.
