This function will set a connection to the IRC Server.
Syntax
bool ircConnect(string ip, int port, string nickName)
Required arguments
- ip: The IP from the IRC.
- port: The port from the IRC.
- nickName: The nickname for bot.
Returns
True if connected, otherwise false.
