This function returns the absolute local bounds of any DxElement.
Syntax
bool dxGetBounds ( DxElement dxElement )

Required Arguments
- dxElement: element you wish to get the bounds for
Returns
Returns 4 integers
Example
This example creates a window and prints the bounds.
