Does having a custom gta viewer mean it can be ported to other OSes?
Also, The pros really dont outweigh the cons at all. System recourses is hardly a problem. People werent worried when it came to the Race editor. This means 'more control' doesnt justify creating a custom gta viewer.
also, how would you go about testing a map? Boot up GTA every time? Sounds stupid...
