- audio: o elemento de áudio.
- efeito: o nome do efeito sonoro ao qual os parâmetros você deseja obter.

Retorno
Retorna uma tabela com os nomes dos parâmetros nas chaves e seus valores. Se o nome do efeito especificado no segundo argumento não existir, um erro será exibido.
