This function resets the firing rate of a custom weapon to the default one.
Syntax
bool resetWeaponFiringRate ( weapon theWeapon )

Required Arguments
- theWeapon: the weapon to reset the firing rate of.
Returns
Returns true on success, false otherwise.
Example
