Use this function to check if a player has been muted.
Syntax
bool isPlayerMuted ( player thePlayer )

- Counterpart: setPlayerMuted
Required Arguments
- thePlayer: The player you are checking.
Returns
Returns true if the player is muted and false otherwise.
Example
