This function re-streams everything in world.
Syntax
bool engineRestreamWorld ( )
Returns
Returns true if the world was restreamed successfully, false otherwise.
Example
This function can be used after model is loaded with engineLoadDFF.
addEventHandler("onClientResourceStart", resourceRoot, function() engineRestreamWorld() end)

Note: Using this feature requires the resource to have the above minimum version declared in the meta.xml <min_mta_version> section. e.g. <min_mta_version client="1.5.8-9.20704" />
